Super service ! The price was clear and all inclusive, 2nd driver also. We received a bigger car than the one we reserved because there was no availability for the one we wanted, this without extra charge Our flight was early, but within 5 minutes we could leave the airport area. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Even when we put the keys inside the car and it locked automatically after a few minutes, it was no problem to help us out. The mail was answered within 5 minutes, the problem was solved within the hour, all this with a smile (we were located more than 20 minutes drive from the rental area). We can really recommend this company

We were met as agreed at Hato airport and transferred to the offices. The paperwork was completed in 5 mins and we were away, 2 drives with zero additional costs. We dropped the car off at the offices on our return to the airport and were transferred to Hato within 10 mins. Overall a very easy and quick process…quicker than picking up the car from say budget on the airport! Would recommend you try them!

The whole experience was so easy, straigh forward and plesant. This is the way car rental should work. A rep met us at the airport, we drove to the office (about 5 min away) to complete paperwork and soon were on our way. The return also was just about to get to the office and they drove us to the airport at 5:00 am. Highly recommended! Just go for it!

Highly recommended! The easiest car rental experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. Made a reservation via email, and we were immediately greeted after clearing customs. No additional paperwork or hassles that you typically experience at car rental counters. Their rates include insurance and the extra driver fee. Car was a new KIA Rio that performed well. Upon our departure we met with their rep at the airport and dropped off the car. As a FYI I would consider renting a SUV in the future since the roads are not in the greatest shape there, but the KIA did the job. Thanks JDC!

We rented a Toyota Yaris in February 2016 from JDC. Car was great but the main plus is also the service. Edgar was one of the nicest persons I have met in my life. So friendly and helpful. When we checked in he went over the map with us and took the time to show us all the best beaches and the ones to avoid. GPS was programmed with our resort as well as other places (groceries etc) that we mentioned before we set off. Picked us up in the shuttle at the airport and then dropped us back off flawlessly as well. A++ customer service, you can not ask for a smidgen better..they are that good.

I rented a Rav4 (small SUV) from Just Drive in March 2018. Their service can’t be beat. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived quite late (close to 11pm local time). Just Drive was waiting for us and had the car ready as soon as we arrived. The car was clean, new and relatively low mileage. The price was the best we found on the island, and it included all insurance – no pushy upselling. The whole experience with Just Drive was great. Don’t hesitate to rent from them!

We rented a Toyota RAV4 for 6 days. not the latest model but a very nice and decent car. Prices are competitive and service is outstanding. Edgar brought the car to our accommodation and picked it up the on day we left. 2 babyboosters were free of charge! No need for a creditcard they just brought their Mobile pinmachine, so you can also use debit cards Just send them an e-mail or dm. they will answer within a day.
